Note to Exhibitors

All exhibition stands, tables and marketing materials must be set up by 18.30 on Sunday, May 17, 2009. Exhibition stands may not be dismantled before 16:00 on Monday, May 18, 2009 but must be dismantled by 18:00 on that day. We respectfully ask that you commit to the exhibition schedule to help ensure that the show is a success for all involved.

Location of Space at Princesa Sofia Hotel, Barcelona

Exhibition space is located in the Menorca and Ibiza suites. These suites lead into the main conference area, the Majorca suite. Delegates attending the conference will be served coffees and desert in the Expo area in full view of the exhibition hall. The hotel will allow all exhibitors to store their equipment up to 24 hours in advance of their arrival.

For all FCIB exhibitors, we will forward a floor plan 6 weeks in advance of the conference date along with a full conference programme.
